How Rummy 500 is played here
The rules this table deals by. Everybody at the table sees the same lines before the first hand.
- Seven cards each, or thirteen with two players. Aces count 15, court cards 10, and number cards their face value.
- The pile is spread face up and every card in it is in play: take any one of them, provided you take everything above it too and use the card you were after straight away.
- You score what you have laid down and lose what you are caught holding — so a hand can leave you below where you started, and laying a card onto somebody else's meld scores for you.
How it works
- Open a table. It gets a short code of its own.
- Read the code out, or send the link. Anyone you send it to sits down as a guest, without an account.
- Deal once everyone is seated — or give each empty chair a bot and start now.
