How Kings in the corner is played here
The rules this table deals by. Everybody at the table sees the same lines before the first hand.
- Seven cards each. Four cards are turned up around the stock as the crosses, and the four corners between them start empty.
- Draw one card, then play as much as you like: onto a pile, a card one rank lower and of the opposite colour. Into an empty cross, anything. Into an empty corner, a king and nothing else.
- You may also move a whole pile onto another one if its bottom card fits — which frees a space, and is the move that wins games.
- First to run out of cards wins the round; everybody else counts what they hold, ten for a king and one for anything else. Points are penalties and the lowest total wins.
How it works
- Open a table. It gets a short code of its own.
- Read the code out, or send the link. Anyone you send it to sits down as a guest, without an account.
- Deal once everyone is seated — or give each empty chair a bot and start now.
Questions about playing Kings in the corner online
- How many can play Kings in the corner online here?
- 2 to 4 at one table. A bot can take any seat nobody fills, so a game never has to wait for somebody to turn up.
- Can I play Kings in the corner against the computer?
- Yes. Give any empty seat a bot and it plays like anyone else at the table, seeing only its own cards.
- Does it cost anything?
- No. Every table here is free, there are no ads, and nothing about you is sold or handed on.
- Do I need an account?
- Only to open a table. Joining one never needs an account — anyone you send the code to sits down as a guest.
- Does Kings in the corner work on a phone?
- Yes. It runs in the browser on a phone, a tablet or a computer, and there is nothing to install.
